James Elmer Sleight died Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the age of 66 years, 9 months and 23 days. He was born August 2, 1852, in New York. Private funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W.B. Nelson, in North Tenth street and burial will be at Shiloh cemetery. No flowers.
