Cedar Rapids Weekly Gazette December 21, 1904

George Booze, one of the pioneer residents of this vicinity, passed away Wednesday night. He had been feeble and confined to his bed for some time and had been anxiously waiting for the hour to come when he would be called home. He was 85 3 months and 20 days of age.
