Dorothy Ida Andrews, 86, Robins, widow of Ralph Andrews, died Wednesday following a long illness. She had been a resident of the Cedar Rapids area the last 60 years.
Born Aug. 15, 1888, in Ottumwa, she was a member of St. James United Methodist church and a past member of the Eagles club.
Surviving are two sons, George Wilkes, of Cedar Rapids; Jerry Wilkes, of California; two daughters, Mrs. John Benters of Texas; and Mrs. Lester Sykora, Robins; seven grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
Services: Turner chapel east at 3 p.m. Saturday by the Very Rev. Canon D.A. Loferski. Burial: Oak Shade cemetery in Marion. Friends may call at Turner east.
