Mrs. Louis A. Klumph, 73, a lifelong resident of Linn county, died Thursday at 1:30 a.m., at her home, 937 Eighth street, Marion, after a long illness.
Born Flora Ellen Gooley, July 3, 1878, in Linn county, she was married to Mr. Klumph in Marion Nov. 25, 1897. She had resided in her present home 48 years. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and of Fidelis circle, King's Daughters.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Dorothy Robison and Bernice Bristol, both of Marion; four grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Harley Guzzle of Marion and Myrtle O'Brien, Aurora, Ill.
Services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Yocom-Murdoch chapel by the Rev. C.V.R. DeJong. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
