Lowell Erwin Morrow, a passenger brakeman for the Milwaukee railroad for 44 years, died this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W.R. Knapp, at Robins. He had made his home there for the past five years.
Lowell Erwin Morrow was born Dec. 16, 1855, in Ohio. He was married May 24, 1880, to Mary Ellen Bloom. To this union two children were born, Ralph Calvin, who was killed in the Keystone wreck on Jan. 17, 1910, and Caroline Ethel, now Mrs. Knapp. Mrs. Morrow died Aug. 28, 1928.
Mr. Morrow leaves to mourn his loss one sister, Miss ELla Morrow of Atnscedero [sic], California; one brother, D.S. Morrow of Ottumwa; one daughter, Mrs. W.R. Knapp; two grandchildren, Ralph Erwin and Corinne Mary Knapp, and numerous friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, from the Yocom chapel, with the Rev. W.E. Fisher, pastor of the Presbyterian church, in charge. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery.
