Jean H. Skvor, 88, of 3528 Houston St. NE, died Saturday in Mercy Medical Center. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, St. Pius X Church. Burial: Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today in Stewart Funeral Home, where a wake service will begin at 8.

Survivors include her husband, Lumir of Cedar Rapids; three daughters, Esther Hardin of Hopkinton, Carol Lawrence of Cedar Rapids and Phyllis Freeland of La Habra, Calif.; and two sisters, Angeline Jennings and Ida Rolison, both of Cedar Rapids.

Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Gilbert Kalaren, in 1989.

Born Nov. 6,1903, in DeGraff, Minn., to Henry and Anna Brunsmann, she married Lumir W. Skvor on July 26, 1951, in Burlington.

She was a member of St. Pius X Church.
The Rev. Joseph O'Brien will officiate.
