Margaret B. Moscrip, 80, of 338 Thirteen avenue SW, widow of Walter Moscrip, died early Thursday after a long illness.
She was born June 10, 1896, in Milwaukee, and had been a resident of Cedar Rapids since 1901. She was a member of Malta chapter, Eastern Star.
Surviving are a son, Walter D. (Bud) Moscrip, North Liberty; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and a brother Walter Knoebel.
Services: 1 pm Friday at Janeba-Kuba funeral home west by the Rev. William B. Harnish. Burial: Tipton cemetery, Tipton. Friends may call after 7 pm at Janeba-Kuba funeral west after 7 pm Thursday. The casket will be closed at all times. Friends may contribute to the Shrine Cripple Children’s hospital fund or a charity of their choice.
