Laura Ann Farnum, 76, wife of Frank E. Farnum, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. H. White, 1233 North Third St. West at 2:20 a.m. today after a lingering illness. She was born in Wisconsin Feb 1, 1849, and had resided in Cedar Rapids for thirty-five years. Besides her husband, she leaves seven children; Edgar, of Fredericksburg; Fred of Conrad; Mrs. Lon Rose, of Waterloo, Mrs. W.H. White, Mrs. George Williams, Mrs. C. W. Blood and Mrs. Ed Maish, all of Cedar Rapids. She also leaves twenty-six grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren. Funeral announcements will be made later.
