Everhart-Wilson Cemetery

My Ancestors are buried in an Abandoned Cemetery, I think it may be Wilson Cemetery in Jefferson Twp.Lee co. Iowa. Jacob Hart, 1799-1849, #2 wife Sarah 1813-1891. are the dates I have.
I have a reading from 26 Feb. 1969, copied by Mary Slutts and two others. They stated it was almost impossible to get to some stones due to brush, trees and two downed trees on stones.
This reading may list the #2 wife of Jacob Hart,
Sarah Ann Dukes Emmet Hart, who died at age 78, 16 April 1891. The news paper Obit. however said she was placed in the Everhart cemetery.
They read the stone as Sarah Hart age 78 years.

brown rock near S. hart with the following Jeff on one side J.C.C. on the other side.

Sarah died at the home of her son in law James Keran, near Viele, Ia. that may be a miss spelling as I could not find that person in the census.
Can any one tell me if Everhart and Wilson Cemetery are the same Cemetery.
Does any one have readings of this cemetery the one I have for Wilson from 1962 is not listing all stones.
