Half Breed Tract Courtcase 1838 (?)

Does anyone have information on this court case that involved the distribution of land titles within the Half Breed tract, I think in 1838 or 1839? I have read that there are a wealth of names associated with this case of claiments to the land. Would like to know who these claiments were and where or how I can go about obtaining this information.
