Guy Wilkes Bowman (b. c. 1892, Ft. Madison)

I am looking for information on my great-grandfather, Guy Wilkes Bowman, who was born around 1892 in Fort Madison, Iowa. I do not have the names of his parents, nor do I know how long my ancestors were in Lee County. I am also curious about the abandoned "Bowman" cemetary, i.e. how it was named or who it was named after. I would also like to know whether anyone has any records of any woman named Wilkes marrying someone named Bowman...I don't know where my great-grandfather's middle name came from, but we've always suspected it was someone's maiden name. If anyone can assist me, I would appreciate an e-mail. Thanks!
