Searching for ancestors or descendants of Thomas C. bird and Mary Moberly Bird who lived in Lee County circa 1840. Will exchange information. Thomas was my 2nd gr grandfather Have complete information on his youngest child, Samuel. Thomas bought "Half-Breed" land from Mary Antaya in the name of his son John, who was less than five years old at the time. Why?
