Word has been received by relatives in Fort Madison of the passing of Conrad Faeth at Long Beach, Calif., Oct 28, 1929.

Mr. Faeth was the last surviving member of the immediate family of Jacob Faeth, one of the early pioneers of Jefferson township in Lee Co., Iowa. Although moving to Kansas City a number of years ago and later to Long Beach, he will still be remembered by many in this comunity who will regret to hear of his death. He is survived by four sons living in Kanss City, Mo. Funeral services will be held Sunday Nov 3, at Kansas City, conucted by Dr. Harry Rogers of the Linwood Presbyterian church.
