Elias Bower, an old citizen of LaHarpe, died Wednesday night at the age of seventy-seven years. The burial was by the Masonic Fraternity Friday. Mr. Bower was one of the oldest Masons in that part of the country and was early identified with the business interests of the city. He leaves an aged wife and one son and daughter to mourn his death.
