KAHOKA, Mo. - Wesley E. Hayden, 60, Kahoka, died unexpectedly at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, in downtown Kahoka.
The son of Lawrence and Agnes Hines Hayden, he was born in Kahoka, January 13, 1914. He married Madonna Overhulser, October 38, 1939, in Kahoka. She survives.
Mr. Hayden was a retired machine operator. He was a member of the Kahoka Christian church.
He is survived by one son, Bill, Kahoka; one daughter, Mrs. John (Mary) McDaniel, Kahoka; five sisters, Mrs. Erbie (Thelma) Young, Mrs. Magdalene Clark, Mrs. Howard (Ada) Campbell, and Mrs. Albert (Ann) Schreck, Alexandria, Mo.; and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, and three brothers.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 6 at the Kahoka Christian church. The Rev. David Vaughn will officiate. Interment will be in the Kahoka cemetery. The Wilson Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
