Meierotto- At her home in St. Paul, Lee County, Iowa, Saturday, March 8, 1884, at 10 o'clock a.m. Mary, wife of Chris Meierotto, aged 45 years. The deceased was confined to her bed but a few days with lung fever. She leaves nine children and a husband to mourn her loss. The sympathy of the community is with the bereaved family. This was in the March 12, 1884 issue of the Democrat. Note: She was born Anna Maria Huchtons 9-24-1839, her parents were Christian and Magret Termeier Huchtons. She was survived by eleven children.
