Robert Rokey
Robert M Rokey 55 Donnellson, died Sunday Dec 19, 1993 at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua.
He was born Oct 21, 1938 at Keokuk, the son of Earl and Lucille Church Rokey. His first marriage was to Sheila Waldren. He later married Connie R. Morgan.
Mr. Rokey was employed by Dial Corporation. He had lived in the Donnellson area his entire life.
Surviving are five daughters, Connie June Carpenter, Reads Landing, Minn, Debra (Mrs. Everett) Herrick, Fort Madison and Bridgette (Mrs. Brett) Starr and Tionna and Kylene Rokey all of Donnellson, two sons, Charles and Bradley Rokey, both of Donnellson, three grandchildren and one sister, Carolyn (Mrs. Wayne) Rube, Sawyer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson, where the family will be present from 7 to 8 Tuesday evening. Funeral services will be held Wednesday Dec 22, at 1:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. John Cornish officiating. Burial will be in Donnell Cemetery.
