Mrs. Hickey’s death occurs this morning
Mrs. Lulu B. Hickey of 504 Palean died at 1:15am today in St. Joseph hospital where she had been a patient since June 1.
The daughter of David and Sarah Denny Patterson, she was born April 12, 1882 in Keokuk where she spent her life.
She married Timothy J. Hickey who preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Peter’s church.
Surviving are a son Howard Dunne of Keokuk, born of a previous marriage, five grandchildren and a stepson , Andrew J. Hickey of Keokuk. She was preceeded in death by two sisters, Miss Anna May Patterson and Mrs. Caroline Gordon , two brothers, George S. and William C. Patterson and a grandson, John Dunne, and a step son, Timothy J. Hickey.
The Rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Tuesday in the Greaves Mortuary. The funeral will be held at 9 pm. Wednesday in St. Peter’s church with burial in the Catholic cemetery
