July 28, 1950 - Humboldt Republican - ST. Joe —- Funeral services were held Saturday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Joseph's church for Silvin J. Zeimet, 26, who died in the Veterans hospital in Des Moines July 18. Father George Theobald read the Requiem High mass. Burial was in St. Joseph cemetery with the Bogaard funeral home of Humboldt in charge.

Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Zelmet of Roundup, Mont., one sister and four brothers. He served in WWII. He made his home in this community for several years previous to his illness and was employed on farms. His parents, his sister and brothers of Roundup, Mont, attended the services; also many other relatives and friends from a distance.
