Oct 9, 1952 - West Bend Journal - Final rites for Mrs. Susanna Weydert of St. Joe will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a. m. at St. Joe with Father Leo Schumacher officiating. Interment will be made in the St. Joe cemetery. Mrs. Weydert succumbed from a heart condition on Sunday evening, Sept. 28, at the home of a son, Nicholas. She had been seriously ill the past two Weeks.

Born Dec. 3, 1880, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Arnold Hilbert of St. Joe. She lived her entire life in that community. She was married to Frank Weydert in 1900 at St. Joe. He preceded her in death on Feb. 5, 1934.

Surviving children are Mary, Mrs. Nick Kirsch, of Algona; Nicholas of Bode; Matt of Livermore; and Anton of Bode. Also surviving are two brothers and two sisters: Matt Hilbert, Algona; Frank Hilbert, Bode; Mrs. C. W, (Elizabeth) Elbert, Whittemore; and Mrs. Matt (Katherine) Kellner, Livermore. Hamilton funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
