Jan 12, 1876 - Humboldt Kosmos - This week we have to chronicle the death of Mr. P. Marso, of Rutland township. Mr. Marso lived a little north of D.L. Willey's, and died from Typhoid fever, after an illness of about four weeks. He leaves a wife and seven small children, the oldest only about eleven years old. He was a hard working thrifty farmer, a good citizen, and his death is universally regretted.
