Sept 10, 1964 - Kossuth County Advance - Funeral Services for Mrs Mary M. Klein, 75, of St. Joe, were held Wednesday morning at the St. Joseph's Catholic church with father Leo C. Schumacher officiating. Burial was made in the church cemetery there with Hamilton's of Algona in charge. She died Sunday, Sept, 7, at the Haywood Nursing Home at Emmetsburg where she had been a patient for the past 1 and 1/2 years.

She was born Nov. 26, 1888, the daughter of Adam and Anna Heldersheidt at St. Joe and lived her entire life there. 0n May 15, 1915, she was married to Nicholas Klein at St. Joe and he preceded her in death last year.

Seven children survive: Sister Mary Imogene, N. Buena Vista, Iowa; Eleanore, Mrs Ottie Kass, Rock falls, Illinois; Viola, Mrs Kenneth Bollig, Fenton; Edward Klein, Memphis, Tenn.; Evelyn, Mrs Ben Thilges, Bode; Mary, Mrs Ed Hynes, Wither, Wis.; and Raymond Klein, Dakota City. One son preceded her in death.

Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs John Mertz of Bode, Mrs Helen Wildin, Holdridge, Nebr.; and one brother Mike Heiderscheidt, Lake Crystal. There are 40 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
