March 20, 1914 - Bode Bugle - Mrs. Mary Illg of St. Joe died last Friday evening, aged 67 years. Her husband died six years ago. She leaves four sons and one daughter. They are Balts, George, Ed and Fred, and Ida.

The burial took place from the St. Joe church Monday. Mrs. Illg's maiden name was Mary Nagle. She was born in DuPage County, Illinois, June 24, 1848.

Besides her children above mentioned she leaves twenty grandchildren and one great grandchild. She came to Kossuth county in 1885.
