Feb 6, 1947 - Algona Upper Des Moines - Mrs. Mary Capesius, Livermore, died suddenly at her home last Friday, Jan 24. She had been in failing health for some time but she had been up around the house before death. Funeral services were held Monday, January 27th at Sacred Heart church, Livermore, Father Duhigg officiating, and burial was in St. Joseph's cemetery. Pallbearers were Philip Fourage, Cramer Davis, Maurice Davis, George Foth, Pete Sweeney, and Tom McKenna.

Anna Mary Juchem was born at Luxemburg, Ia, April 15, 1870. She was married to Peter Capesius in 1889. He preceded her in death in 1939. They lived on a farm near Ottosen for 22 years, and moved to Livermore in 1936.

To this union six children were born, five of whom are living: Mrs. George Reding, Ottosen; Mrs. Rose Kisch and Mrs. Anna Schultz of Livermore; Mrs. Floyd Eggert of Wesley and Dennis, who lives near Rolfe. A sister, Mrs. Matt Hentges of Algona, also survives, and a brother, Henry Juchem of Wesley.
