In 1870 they were living in Keokuk County but in 1885 they are in Wapello County. I didn't find Larkin after 1885 or Margaret after 1900. In 1900, Margaret was living with her daughter, Eva Ardery, in Wapello County. Eva's obit shows her burial at Ottumwa cemetery. Hope some of this helps.

Mrs. Eva May Audrey, 71 of 1014 W. 2nd St., died at 7:20 PM Saturday at the home of her niece Mrs. J.E. Palmer. She was born in Ottumwa October 19, 1874, the daughter of Margaret and Larkin Kephart. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Z. W. Nation, Seattle and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband Lane Audrey, in 1927 and a son Merrill. Funeral services will be held at the Lester Jay funeral home at 1:30 PM Tuesday in charge of the Rev. Harold Robert pastor of the First Christian Church. Burial will be in Ottumwa Cemetery.
