Larry G. Smith, 57, of Richland, died Thurs., Oct. 5, l995, in Fairfield.

He was born April 18, 1938, in Richland to Floyd and Lucille Pepper Smith. He married Carol L. Williams July 28, 1961. He lived in Richland all his life and was a 1957 graduate of Richland High School. He retired as a road construction worker and was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles in Fairfield.

He is survived by three sons, Steve, Dusten and Warren Smith; four daughters, Linda Popejoy-Ferrell, Julie Clemons, Beverly Smith and Melissa Tackett; eight grandchildren and a step-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Dwayne; a brother, Donald Smith and a sister, Amelia Downey.

Services were held Oct. 9, at 11 a.m. at Gould Funeral Home in Richland. Burial was in Friends Cemetery in Richland.
