Letha Keck, 97, of the Sigourney Care Center, died Fri. June 16, 1995, at the Sigourney Care Center.

She was born May 19,1898, in Delta to Gordon and Ida Hawk Beman. She graduated from Delta High School in 1916. She married Dewey Keck in her family home in Delta on June 27, 1916. She and her husband owned and operated the Keck Grocery Store in Delta for many years. She was a member of the Delta Methodist Church and Eastern Star.

She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Baird and Alice Bish; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Dewey on Feb. 9, 1977; a daughter, Winifred Thatcher; one son, Harold Dewey Keck; and two, brothers, Harold and Leslie Beman.

Services were held June 19, at 10:30 a.m. at Delta Methodist Church with Vince Homan officiating. Burial was in Garrett Cemetery.
