Ronald Dean Chittick, 52, of rural Hedrick died Nov. 25, 1998 at his home.

He was born Oct. 14, 1946, in Keswick to Everett and Ellen Wade Chittick. He married Lisa Fair on Oct. 22, 1983, in Keota.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a welder by Ray-Man Inc. of Keota.

He is survived by his mother; his wife; three sons, Charles, Harold and Buddy; a daughter, Crystal; seven brothers, Sandy, Dale, Stanley, Jack, Jim, Bob and Dan; eight sisters, Lavonne Brawner, Donna Cross, Rose Wilcox, Marlene Frasher, Ruth Coulter, Kay Trimpe, Linda Martin and Annette Yoder.

He was preceded in death by his father, and a brother, Gary.

The service was Nov. 28 at Ollie Baptist Church in Ollie. Burial was in Rock Creek Cemetery near Ollie.
