Daryn Drew Axmear,age 15, of Sigourney died Jan. 1, 1986 at his home.

He was born Mar. 24, 1970 at Sigourney to David and Betsy Wood Axmear. He was a sophomore at Sigourney high school where he was a member of the wrestling, golf, cross country and baseball teams.

He is survived by his parents; four brothers, John David Wood, Douglas J. Wood, David Allen Wood and Daryl K. Wood; a sister, Darci Elizabeth Ann Axmear; his parental grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Axmear; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Dorothy Baylor; and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Letha Thompson.

Funeral services were Friday at Harden Funeral Chapel in What Cheer. Lynn Rumer officiated. Burial was at Highland cemetery at What Cheer.
