Wanda Margery Thompson, 69, of Olathe, Kansas, formerly of Sigourney died Sunday, Aug. 30, 1992 at Olathe Medical Center.

She was born February 22, 1923 in Sigourney, Iowa. She was a retired Food Service worker for the Olathe School District and the Sigourney School District. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary in Sigourney and was involved with the Hospital Auxiliary in Sigourney.

She is survived by her husband, Orville O. Thompson; two daughters, Gaila G. VanDee and Margery M. Veach; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and two sisters, Thelma Keller and Veda Ewald.

Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday) at 2:00 p.m. at the W. L. Frye and Son Funeral Home in Olathe. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Stanley, Kansas.
