Sigourney Review Nov 7, 1900

Died: At her home north of Lancaster, Ruth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mart Davis, age 26 years nine months 15 days. She was a member of the Christian church, and lived a faithful consistent Christian life. She leaves a father, mother, two brothers, a sister and a host of friends to mourn her loss. The family have the sympathy of the community in their sad bereavement. The funeral services were conducted at the home by Reverend Shortess, pastor of the Baptist Church of Sigourney. After which the remains return at the West Cemetery at Sigourney.
