Cecil R. Lamb, 63, of Clinton died Feb. 4, 1984, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
He was born Oct. 3, 1920, in What Cheer to Joel R. and Golda Morrow Lamb. He had lived in Clinton since 1954. He married Martha E. Stout Dec. 13, 1942, at Lancaster, Missouri. A Coast Guard veteran, he had retired from Allied Structural Steel Co. in Clinton.
Surviving are his mother; his wife; daughter Cecilia Komar; as son, Lafayette Joel Lamb; three grandchildren; two brothers, Norman and Dale; and four sisters, Helen Kirkove, Mildred Morrison, Dorothy Raley and Marlene VanKooten.
Services will be at the Harden Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Warren James officiating. Burial will be in Sixteen cemetery near Thornburg.
