Mrs. Roy (Inez I.) Fielder, 74, of Delta, died March 17, 1985 at the Keokuk county hospital in Sigourney.

She was born June 13, 1910 in Highland Center to Cloyd and Mary Etta Morrow Mateer. She married Damon Moore Aug. 27, 1930 in Des Moines, he died May 16, 1956. She married Roy Fielder Dec. 21, 1957 in Ottumwa. He died Nov. 18, 1977. She taught rural school for 35 years in the Delta and Sigourney area and also taught in Fremont. She was a member of the Christian church of Delta.

She is survived by two daughters, Beverly McBeth and Linda Ann Jasper; four stepsons, Richard, Dean, Doyle and Marvin; one stepdaughter, Evelyn Beach; 25 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and two sisters, Wilma Moore and Bette Dilly.

She was preceded in death by a son and a great grandchild.

Services will be Wednesday at the Delta Christian church, the Rev. George Mullins and the Rev. Dwayne Poe officiating. Burial will be in Kensler cemetery south of Delta.
