Gingles Rites At Richland

RICHLAND - William Ralph (Dick) Gingles, 84, died Monday, 6:45 a.m., at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield. He had been in failing health for some time.

Gingles was born April 26, 1893 near Richland, the son of Marshall E. and Anna Ward Gringles. He married Leona C. Bidwell on Dec. 3, 1919 in Washington. A WWI veteran and member of American Legion, he farmed in the Richland area until he retired in 1966.

Gingles was preceded in death by his wife on Nov. 25, 1975; his parents and one sister. Surviving are several distant relatives.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 2 p.m., at Gould Funeral Home in Richland with the Rev. Kenneth Kinsey, pastor of Richland Friends Church, officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery.
