Lynn Dean Seaba, 50, of Sigourney, died Nov. 16, 2005 at his home.

He was born Apr. 7, 1955, to Dean Ernest and Mercalene Elsie Bonnater Seaba in Sigourney. He started showing calves at the age of 10 and showed at the Iowa State Fair in the 4-H and open angus class until he was 18. He graduated from Sigourney High School in 1973 and graduated from Oklahoma Farriers College in 1974. He enjoyed showing quarter horses in the block and bridle class and helped show their draft ponies at the Iowa State Fair until 1996. He had been employed at Kinze Manufacturing in Williamsburg, Perfex in Washington and Axmear Fabricating in Keswick. He was baptized and a member of the Lancaster Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his, grandparents, Roy and Louie Vandament Seaba and John and Elsie Messenger Bonnater.

He is survived by his parents; a son, Justin; a daughter, Jennifer Dvorak; and two grandchildren, Quartney Parson and Elias Dvorak.

Funeral services were held Nov. 21 at Holm Funeral Home in Sigourney with the Rev. Don Ridenour officiating. Burial was in Doggett Cemetery near Sigourney.
