11/12/1942 Anamosa Eureka(please note date):
John N Ruhl, son of W B & Lydia Groves Ruhl born in Jones County on 12/11/1864 and died 11/3/1942 at his home at the age 77 years, 10 months & 22 days.
He lived his entire life in Jones county.
6/12/1912 married Lovilla Clark of Linn Grove, near Mt. Vernon, IA
3 sons, one of which, Ray, died young
Robert & Leo are in Navy
one sister, Alma Woodman of Cedar Rapids, IA
3 brothers: W G of Davenport, IA

Ed & Seth of Anamosa
one brother & 2 sisters died
Mr. Ruhl lived a quiet life. He was a lover of nature & flowers and spent most of his time out of doors. For some months, Mr. Ruhl had been in failing health and on Sunday, his condition became critical and he slept quietly away in the morning hours Tuesday.

Lovilla (Clark) Juhl is not buried with Mr. Ruhl. The records for the cemetery are not thorough and accurate. However, there is no death certificate for her in Jones Co., IA and the annual sexton report does not refer to her.

You could try requesting a death certificate from the Bureau of Vital Records in Des Moines, IA -- if you think she died in Iowa.
