Services for Henry H. Poppe, 86, lifelong farmer in Wayne township, will be held Thursday, Feb. 4, at the Wayne Zion Lutheran church at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Harvey Gilbertson will officiate. Burial will be in the Wayne cemetery.

He died suddenly at his farm home Monday afternoon.

Survivors include one son, Allen R. Poppe, Monticello; one daughter, Mrs. Norman (Arlene) Frahm, Clarence; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
