OXFORD JUNCTION - Levi E. Fields, 64, Oxford Junction, died Sunday, Nov. 8, at the Jackson County Public hospital, Maquoketa.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m., at the Hayden Funeral home. Rev. Lyle Meester conducted the service. Burial was in the Smithtown cemetery.

He was born Jan. 17, 1906, son of Jesse and Daisy Skinner Fields, Clinton county. He farmed his entire life on the place he was born.

Survivors include one sister, Gladys, Mrs. Henry Leslie, Bellevue; four brothers, Clyde, Des Moines; Merle, Bellevue; and Jesse and Dale, Oxford Junction.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.
