MONTICELLO - Timothy Ray Chapman, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Chapman, Monticello, died Friday, April 3.

Funeral services for members of the immediate family, were held Saturday, April 4, at 1 p.m., at the Goettsch Funeral home, Monticello. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery, Monticello.

He was born March 3, 1970, at John McDonald hospital, Monticello.

Survivors include his parents; two brothers, David and Jimmy; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Chapman, Monticello, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vacek, Wyoming.
