Lee P. Farmer, Yucaipa, Calif., former Anamosa resident, died Sunday, March 15, following a lingering illness.

He was born Sept. 18, 1912, in Anamosa, son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Farmer. He attended Anamosa public schools. He moved with his parents to Riverside, Calif., in 1927.

Survivors include his wife, Alice; two sons; one brother, Cecil R. Farmer, Anamosa; and one sister, Mrs. Wilma Allerton, Carmicheal, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
