WYOMING - Mrs. Mary Adelia Peck, 82, died Sunday, July 11 following a long illness. Services are planned Tuesday, July 13, at 1:30 a.m. at the Wyoming Presbyterian church with Rev. George A. Tjaden officiating.
Burial will be in the Wyoming cemetery.
Mrs. Peck was born Jan. 14, 1872, in Wyoming, the daughter of Horace T. and Adelia Johnson. In August 1889 she married Arthur W. Peck. Couple had one son, WIlliam, Wyoming, who survives.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, and one sister, Mrs. Kate Tasker.
She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Presbyterian church. She attended Iowa State Teachers college and taught rural school for several years. She also served as Wyoming's assistant postmaster for several years.
Body is at the Wallace funeral home.
