Jacob M. Zubrod, 87, former Anamosa resident, died at the home of a daughter in Independence Sunday, Jan. 3, after a short illness.

Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, in St. Patrick's Catholic church, Anamosa. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.

Body was brought to the McNamara funeral home, where the rosary was recited Monday night.

Mr. Zubrod had been living with his daughter for the last year and a half.
