OXFORD JUNCTION - Frank Bruckner, 77, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, at 2 p.m. at University hospitals, Iowa City, after several months illness.

Funeral arrangements were pending as The Journal went to press.

Mr. Bruckner was born Oct. 10, 1876, in Czechoslovakia. He came to the United States in 1886 with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Antone Bruckner, and his brother.

After his marriage to Anna Yanda, Mr. Bruckner farmed for 2 years, south of Oxford Junction. He then came to Oxford Junction and was employed by the Milwaukee railroad until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife. His parents and brother preceded him in death.
