MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Miss Mae Moore, 54, were held Monday afternoon, June 19, at Peace United Church of Christ. The Rev. Paul Bendit officiated and interment was in Oakwood cemetery.

Miss Moore, a lifetime invalid, died June 16 at John McDonald hospital, where she had been a patient for two days. She was born June 17, 1912, the daughter of Matt and Bertha F. Anderson Moore.

She lived with her mother on a farm near Monticello and was a member of the Peace United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1956. Survivors include her mother, and a brother, Matt Moore, Jr., of Greene.

Pallbearers were Robert C. Hasler, Melvin Dickman, Lyle Arduser and Ray Fluckiger.
