ANAMOSA - Funeral services for Mrs. Alma Reba Gilmore, 75, Anamosa, were held Tuesday afternoon, March 12, at the Goettsch funeral home. The Rev. Charles Yoak officiated and interment was in Olin cemetery.

Mrs. Gilmore died Saturday, March 9, at Anamosa. She was born in Olin Dec. 27, 1892, the daughter of Deville and Delle Brown DeVoe. She graduated from Olin high school in 1911.

On May 15, 1913, she married Ralph F. Gilmore at Anamosa and they farmed in Jones and Linn counties until 1949, when they retired to an acreage near Stone City. Following her husband's death in 1960, Mrs. Gilmore moved to Anamosa.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include: three daughters, Mrs. Harold (Neva) Fox of Davenport, Mrs. Vernon (Enid) Weers and Mrs. Donald (Lucille) Kula of Anamosa; three sons, Floyd of Corpus Christi, Tex., Donald of Monticello, and Dale of Anamosa; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Darrell Kula, Melford Gilmore, Gary Weers, David Ginter, Dillon Gilmore and Dennis Brown.
