Delta Scott, 32, was found dead at her home five miles northeast of Wyoming at 5:20 p.m. Monday.

Death was attributed to carbon monoxide poisoning, according to Dr. John L. Bailey, Jones county medical examiner.

Mrs. Scott was found by her husband, Bill, when he returned home from work. She was lying on the floor of a car which was in the closed basement garage of the Scott home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children. The body was taken to Carson funeral home in Maquoketa.
