OXFORD JUNCTION - Funeral services for Charles Fritz, 71, were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Hayden Funeral home in Oxford Junction. He became ill while eating in a cafe, went to a doctor and died in the doctor's office on Tuesday.

Mr. Fritz was a retired blacksmith and a veteran of World War I.

He is survived by two brothers. Eight brothers had preceded him in death.
