MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Mrs. Theodore (Ted) Osterkamp, 68, Delaware, were held Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 21, at Wayne Zion Lutheran church with the Rev. Luther Wachholz officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Osterkamp died suddenly Sunday evening, Dec. 18, at her home near Delaware. Marie A. Harms was born Jan. 23, 1898 near Monticello, the daughter of Henrich E. and Dena Weers Harms. She attended the Jones county schools.

On Dec. 23, 1924, she was married to Theodore Osterkamp. They lived near Peosta for a number of years and moved to their present home about 15 months ago.

She is survived by her husband; six sons, Harry of Dubuque, Paul, James and Albert of Peosta, Matthew of LaMotte, and William of Center Jct.; three daughters, Mrs. John (Loretta) Watters and Mrs. Wayne (Annette) Waller of Dubuque and Mrs. Herman (Marie) Gansemer of Sherrill.

Also surviving are 22 grandchildren and four brothers, Edward W. Harms of Amber, Henry A. Harms of Monticello, Herman T. Harms of Center Jct. and Carl E. Harms of Anamosa.

Pallbearers were Alvin Harms, Louie Harms, Richard Harms, Marvin Boysen, John Boysen and Ronald Osterkamp.
