MONTICELLO - Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 5, at Peace United Church of Christ for Elizabeth Burrichter, 86, who died at John McDonald hospital Monday morning, Oct. 3. The Rev. Paul Bendit officiated. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery.

Elizabeth Tebbe was born Dec. 18, 1879 at Nashville, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Busch Tebbe. She married William H. Burrichter July 7, 1904 at Maquoketa and they farmed near Monticello until 1933.

Mrs. Burrichter was preceded in death by her husband, William, her parents, one sister and one brother. She is survived by two sons, George of Monticello and Lyle of Batavia, ILL.; one daughter Mrs. Frank (Clara) Ruggeberg of Lost Nation, and one sister, Mrs. Sophia Moore of Monticello.

Pallbearers were Howard Mohr, Arnold Mohr, Alvin Mohr, Emil Mohr, Gilbert Burrichter and Eugene Burrichter.
