WYOMING - Funeral services for Carl B. Saxon, 59, a former Wyoming resident, were held Friday morning at Snell-Smith Funeral home in Clinton. The Rev. Lee Mitchell officiated. Burial was in the Wyoming cemetery.

Mr. Saxon died April 12 at his home in Clinton. He was born March 25, 1907 in Wyoming, the son of Charles and Lucy Brunner Saxon. He was educated in the Wyoming public schools and attended Lennox college in Hopkinton. He was married to Kathleen Armstrong of Scotland county, Mo. on Nov. 3, 1957.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Jay, and one stepson, Terry Lee Armstrong, who is with the U.S. Navy in California.

Pallbearers were Richard Fishwild, Allison Fishwild, Robert Alden and William Broderson of Wyoming and Phillip Andrews and Dale Andres of Center Jct.
